Theme: There is no theme restriction. Poems which reflects Island Life and Black Life will
be considered first.
Submission Guidelines:
1. 4-5 poems
2. Double-spaced poems
3. 1 poem per page
4. Deadline: Feb. 18, 2012
5. All submissions will be considered for publication
To Submit online:
1. Poems, title, your name, address, phone number, and email address must be in your
cover letter, in a separate document from your poems. Be sure that your name is not
anywhere in the poem itself.

To Submit via regular mail:
1. Include on your cover sheet: print name, address, telephone number, email address,
and title of poems. Your name should not appear anywhere on your manuscript.
2. Manuscripts will not be returned. Will be recycled.
